GOD's heartbeat, or His truth, or His core gospel is not experienced, seen, witnessed
by the SA Commission, as they "looked at the heartbeat of the current Army," WC '98.
 
 GOD's heart is pure, holy, and equally, His call for us to be His image, likeness, nature,
yet the SA Commission persists with satan's lies, myths, that all Salvationists equal GOD.
 
 GOD's heart, or His Spirit, or Christ the Truth is nowhere evident, manifested, revealed in the
SA Commission report in WC '98, rather, common church false teachings 100% against Him.
 
 GOD's heart desires we be free in Christ; a truth, or a gift, or a position not availible
to current Salvationists, as they are all bound in sin, in Adam, in death, not free.
 
 GOD's heart desires to eat with, partake with, sup with similiar hearts Ps15; 24 1Jn3:3-10,
yet the SA Commission risks an unworthy eating of Christ's holy, pure body by defiled sinners.
 
 GOD's heart desires current Salvationists be baptized into Christ, as none have yet copied
Christ Lk12:50 Mk10:39 Zech13:9 1Pet1:7,9 Rev3:18 all qualifying Job33 Acts14:22 Rom6 1Jn.
 
 GOD's heart desires current Salvationists complete full sanctification, then enter into Christ for
soul salvation 1Cor1:30; 6:11 2Thes2:13, as only holy saints (hagios) may enter a holy GOD.

who have full sanctification now, living as Him, in Him, of Him.

The Salvation Army has a GOD-given freedom in Christ which, if used to the full, could enrich the Army's spiritual life and total ministry in ways far beyond those already enjoyed.

Rom6 is very clear: obedience to right/just, so then free to serve Him, but the Army still serves satan, self, sin.
 
     This freedom should never be underestimated, undervalued, or neglected, but be warmly embraced and positively engaged to the glory of GOD and for the extension of His Kingdom. It is firmly rooted in the Army's tradition, has always been  at  the  heart  of  its most inspiring and effective initiatives and points the way ahead for what GOD has planned for His people.
     This is the conviction of the International Spiritual Life Commission, convened by the General to examine and identify aspects of the Army's life which are essential or integral to the spiritual growth of individual Salvationists and the movement itself.
     In its five week-long meetings the commission became increas-

ingly aware both of the rich cultural diversity possessed by the Army in the 103 countries in which it is working, and of the unifying power found in its shared universal beliefs and practices.
     The commission also took note of the correspondence, papers, suggestions and support given by fellow Salvationists who took up the worldwide opportunity to share in this challenging and exciting task.
     Among aspects Salvationists confirmed as integral to the Army's life  were  its  ministry  to  the unchurched, the priesthood of all believers (total mobilization), personal salvation, holiness of life, the use of the mercy seat and social ministry (unreservedly given).

1Pet2 is very clear: qualifying Eph2, living, house, chosen, holy, peculiar, in Him, but the Army is not a holy body of Christ, rather, willful sinners.
 
     It    was    when    giving consideration to practices of other churches that the value of the Army's freedom in Christ was particularly evident. The setting of fixed forms of words or

acts is not part of Salvationist tradition, though the value placed upon   them   by   some  other denominations is recognized.
     A great deal of time, prayer and consultation   was   given   to examining the value of introducing or reintroducing a form of holy communion.    In   addition   to considering the large amount of correspondence on the subject, the commission held a number of Bible studies, gave time to further prayer and also arranged for the visit of a former chairman of the Church of England's Doctrine Commission. Many points of view of various persuasions and convictions were considered, and the members of the commission    itself    helpfully reflected those differences. Although such differences still exist, the commission has been able to present its recommendations in a spirit of unity and harmony, recognizing the vast potential for innovative worship and ministry within the freedom which the Army already enjoys in Christ.

GOD began His literal rule in May '88 as per Jer23:5b and other Scriptures, all promised.

GOD's 2nd 5 year grace ('93 - '98) has effected no change in the likes of Hybels + Schuller,
so His terror from Elul 6 for 7 months will purge more false shepherds Jer23:1,40.
 
GOD's full grace is rarely given as most believers fail His initial + partial grace.

GOD uses man's measuring system to show us His message, whether
literal or symbolic:  
 		3 and 7, often used for perfect, complete
4, often used for foundation
5, often used for grace, mercy
6, often used for judgement
10, often used for testing
 
GOD has no time or space, as He is infinite and eternal, but our
small minds require His manifestations, spiritual and physical.

Dale,  
 		ELUL is the 6th Hebrew month...so the MBI letter refers to "6th day of the
6th month of the 6th year (after '88)." Note: Rev17:10 does not truly
refer to the 6th church, since He says "one is," so not of judgement.
Laodicea - literally means "people of judgement," most lost, Rev17:11.
 
GOD had us copy the IRS letters, since most "Christians" are totally blind
to His ways 2Cor4:3,4, but this manifestation of His work may edify the church.
 
GOD's witness/message to you thru the n'paper article seems merely to show
how "learned man" is misteaching the church today; and why CCCInc.

GOD's 3part church is clearly seen by the true lukewarm (Jn14) yet to grow into
hot (Jn15); His family Ps1:5 1Pet4:17,18 of confessors, anointed, and the few elect/chosen.
 
GOD's elect/chosen or 3rd part are His true children, people, saints, abiding 1Jn3:6,
overcomers 1Jn3:9; 5:4 Rev2; 3, so Zech13:9 2Cor6:14-18 2Chr7:14 Mat1:21; 6:12-15; 19.
 
GOD's overcomers have dominion or rule over sin Gen4:7 Rom6:14-18,22 thru
obedient faith to the end Mk13:13 Rev3:5; 21:7, and join Him Rev20:4,6; 17:14 if 12:11.
 
GOD's overcomers live and think as Paul Acts20:24 Phil3 Jn17 "perfect" Col1:28, never
as Bright, Hybels, WV, etc., lovers of the world (WSJ March10 '99) Jam4:4 1Jn2:15-17; Rev18.
 
GOD's overcomers prove their obedient faith and enter in Num13; 14, but most of
His 3part church copy the 10, so Num14:21-23 is fulfilled in Rev17, 10 betray as Judas.
 
GOD's overcomers abide or endure Mal3:2 Jn15, but most fail Ps1:5 Jn15:6 Heb12:15-17,
ever in disobedience Jn3:36 Eph2:2,3; 5:6 Col3:6,25, ever rejecting His grace, love, power.
 
GOD's overcomers fulfill Jn15:10 into Rom8, led into "more than overcomers" 8:37 thru
even greater obedient faith; so minor + major prophets Rev11; 18:4,23; 19:7,8 1Cor12:12-28a.
