Deut

26 "Behold, I set before you today a blessing and a curse:
27 "The blessing, if you obey the commandments of the LORD your GOD which I command you today;
28 "And the curse, if you do not obey the commandments of the LORD your GOD, but turn aside from the way which I command you today.

36 "Teacher, which the great commandment in the law?"
37 Jesus said to him, "'You shall love the LORD your GOD with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind."
38 "This is first and great commandment.
39 "And second like it: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'
40 "On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets."

17 Therefore My Father loves Me, because I lay down My life.

9 "As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love.
10 "If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father's commandments and abide in His love.
11 "These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and your joy may be full.
12 "This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.
14 "You are My friends if you do whatever I command you."

1Cor
13 |
Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal.
2 And though I have prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.
3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.
4 Love suffers long, is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up;
5 Does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil;
6 Does not rejoice iniquity, but rejoices in the truth;
7 Bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
8 Love never fails. But whether prophecies, they will fail; whether tongues, they will cease; whether knowledge, it will vanish away.
9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part.
10 But when that which is perfect has come, then that which is in part will be done away.
11 When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
12 For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know.
13 And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these, love.

8 Owe no one anything except to love one another, for he who loves another has fulfilled the law.
9 For the commandments, "You shall not commit adultery," "You shall not murder," "You shall not steal," "You shall not bear false witness," "You shall not covet," and if any other commandment, are summed up in this saying, namely, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself."
10 Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love (is) the fulfillment of the law.

14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, in this: "You shall love your neighbor as yourself."

19 To know the love of Christ which passes knowledge.

1Jn
4 |
11 Beloved, if GOD so loved us, we also ought to love one another.
12 No one has seen GOD at any time. If we love one another, GOD abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us.
13 By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.
16 And we have known and believed the love that GOD has for us. GOD is love, and he who abides in love abides in GOD, and GOD in him.
17 Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world.
18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.
19 We love Him because He first loved us.
20 If someone says, "I love GOD," and hates his brother, he is a liar, for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love GOD whom he has not seen?
21 And this commandment we have from Him: that he who loves GOD love his brother also.
