GOD Almighty, our Supreme Being, spoke to us thru Moses Ex19, who
was commanded to write down His words, to be our test before Him,
to fear GOD and sin not Ex20:20. Deut5:29 and 11:1,26-28 establish
these basic laws forever; also established Rom2:13; 3:31; 7:12 today.
GOD simply says believe and obey, then tests our level of obedient faith,
as He did throughout the Bible, even to this day, and especially as we
finish the final church building period with His parousia or return in '88.
 
 
GOD in '85, '86 dictated a series of Bible studies/tests to be offered to all
believers, whereby GOD alone supplies the answers, so manifesting each
believer's spiritual level of obedient faith, so GOD alone tests, judges and
reveals each one's level for the whole church to see true leaders, or false,
as the current church is ruled by man, taught/qualified by man, and judged
by man, whereas GOD rules, teaches, judges His final church Himself using
Christian Corporate Concepts Inc. Bible tests, products and services only.
 
 
GOD led us to fulfill the above by offering initial Bible studies/tests on the
internet, so all '98 and '99 activity is GOD teaching and judging those
having received CCCInc. material from the internet; so that true,
complete Bible teaching and Bible based business training by GOD only
permeates thru the Christian community globally, so GOD alone qualifies
His future workers (essentially volunteers as CCCInc. pays no salaries, ever), so
GOD benefits those with obedient faith to copy the 1st church Acts2:42-47; 5.

GOD appointed 3 directors as initial Christian Community Churches Inc. elders,
who must qualify annually, refer to By-laws, to be eligible to continue as elders,
who are also directors of the other 6 CCCInc. companies if they qualify annually,
and are then eligible to appoint future directors who qualify as they did.
Thus, GOD's repeat of the Moses era and the 1st church tightly controls all
7 CCCInc. organizations thru His dictated Bible studies/tests, offered to all
by Christian Corporate Concepts Inc., that all believers have free access
to His spiritual government on earth Is9:7 and many hundred references.
 
 
Christian Community Churches Inc. was incorporated by GOD's holy decree
thru a Moses and Paul type of injunction, demanding we believe + obey:
to prove ourselves, to enjoin ourselves to His parousia or return Acts15:16,
to serve Him only thru true Bible teaching that others be fully saved, and
to copy the 1st church (Acts2-20), living as Moses and Paul, volunteering our
total lives (Ps110:3) in sacrifice and service (Phil2:17) that others benefit from
our labours thru the Church and its support organizations across the globe.
Heavner Ministries in Colorado is one of those support organizations to
fund true Bible teaching and operate daily Bible studies in the marketplace,
using authorized Bibles, concordances, interlinear Greek-English NT translations,
and other Bible based products and services for the furtherance of His holy
decree to teach the total gospel message to participants who purchase these
products in conjunction with personal and group Bible studies offered to all

with new shepherds Jer23:4, disposing of evil shepherds Jer23:1,39,40 forever.
 
GOD's parousia will establish a handful of shepherds at the level of Moses + Paul,
who were true carers and volunteers over their flocks, not hirelings.
 
GOD's parousia will test and prove them worthy of His beloved, apostle
level, going thru blood, disgrace, pain for Him only, never seeking their own.
 
GOD's parousia will ensure His true apostles copy Heb11:24-26 Acts20:18-35,
100% Spirit led Rom8 Gal5, so like-minded with Christ 1Cor2:16, if 9:27.

GOD has me continually groaning, praying, seeking His true shepherds,
who will be attentive to Him, care for His flock, be self-employed volunteers.
 
GOD has shown me the great gulf between the current evil church, and

GOD in flesh, Jesus, clearly affirms we labour or work with our hands in Mat17:27,
wherein He says "cast in a hook," an effort, sufficient to pay for our costs, dues.
 
 GOD in Lk5:4-11 gives an example of our efforts without His grace + power, much
lost, but in Jn21:3-11 gives an example of our efforts with His grace and power,
zero loss.
 
 GOD is clear, when we forsake our self will, as in Lk5:11 Acts15:8 1Pet3:21b-4:6; 5
till 2Pet1:3,4,12, we can then justly claim to copy Lk12:50; 22:42 1Jn2:6, living
2Cor4:11-7:1.
 
 GOD confirms this from Gen2 thru Deut11:26-28 Mat19:17 Phil2:12 Heb5:9 to Rev22:14,
as our self will is carnal, flesh, sin and must die, be killed Rom6; 8, forever.
 
 GOD in Paul declared his death to self Rom6; 7:6,22,25-8:4,14-39 1Cor15:31
2Cor4:11-7:1 etc, yet insisted upon manual labour Acts18:3 1Cor4:12 2Thes3
to support his ministry, our example.
 
 GOD is clear, anyone not following the Bible examples is a disgrace to Him,
His word, His work thru honest servants, and needs to repent of their laziness,
slothfulness.
 
 GOD's true servants copy Paul in all ways, Gal5:1-6:10, refusing worldly gain
for self-sake, but diligently working to support His family of believers'
genuine needs, not lusts.

Further to our hasty response to meet the specified deadline, we now
wish to appeal to you to scrutinize our internal Articles, stating:
     "All future Elders and Directors or Trustees will be appointed by
     existing Elders and Directors and only if qualified by Christian
     Community Churches Inc. official Bible tests at the overcomer
     level. So all 7 CCCInc. companies and all associate organiz-
     ations are strictly controlled by qualified Christian Community
     Churches Inc. Elders and Directors."
 
 
Form 1023 Sched D line 3 requires a "majority" (so too, your worksheet),
but Christian Community Churches Inc. demands that all Elders and Directors
be qualified (annually) thru a special Bible test, thus the Church
elects, controls, manages, supervises all Elders and Directors. All
Elders and Directors must submit to daily Bible study and tithe to qualify.
This type of control does not exist in any church in the world, but ours.
Failing Bible tests at any level (for staff, management or director) is critical,
and may result in total expulsion from all or any CCCInc. company.
 
 
Christian Community Churches Inc. demands that all Elders and Directors copy
the lifestyle of Christ Himself 1Jn1:7; 2:6, that all 7 CCCInc. companies truly
witness the Church control, management, supervision, as each 509a3
is an extension of the Church in the total furtherance of its mission.
 
Please note that some who failed the CCCInc. material have died,
so we consider this control, supervision etc., with great awe.

Christian Community Churches Inc. is copying the 1st century church, in so
far as Acts2-20 show that Christians lived and worked by the gospel
standards, daily studying His holy word, and witnessed for Christ.
Christian Community Churches Inc. can only duplicate that period by
owning and operating free environments to practice the Christian life,
thru 7 day a week businesses, primarily to teach the Bible Acts5:42.
Thus turning a 1 hour a week church into a 7 day a week Bible based
institution, to help Christians live and work in church-run places.
 
 
Based on the clear separation of church and state, it is impossible to
base our plea on scripture, which is entirely subjective in the
secular world, but our belief or faith is the driving force,
whereby we trust that the total 7 CCCInc. plan is 100% GOD given.
 
 
to this end...
 
 
Christian Community Companies Inc. is controlled with a "rod of iron"
and must financially support all CCCInc. activities in arts, schools,
medical, rehab. etc., by giving +50% of GP to the supported organizations.
The remaining -50% of GP is for research and development so that
all CCCInc. companies benefit, grow, share; all a furtherance of the church.
So, essentially, whether direct giving (+50%) or indirect R+D (-50%),
Christian Community Companies Inc. share all GP inside 7 CCCInc., so
total "giving" far surpasses existing 509a3 institutions' giving.
 
Christian Community Companies Inc. is the only church owned, controlled and
supervised organization in the world mandating Bible study daily, along with
annual Bible tests for all, for the furtherance of Christian Community Churches Inc.,
and obey GOD's holy decree to witness holiness, love and peace in the marketplace.

His rules, His ways ever require belief (or faith) and obedience, either to life

 GOD's kingdom principles are more clearly explained thru Christ and His Jn15:16;
so Rom14:17 1Cor2 after Acts14:22, as no sin ever abides in Him or in His kingdom
or in Heaven.
 
 GOD wishes, but never forces, His family or 3part church would grow into Eph4:15,
but most copy Esau and Judas Jn6:66,71 Acts1:17 Rom9:13 Heb12:15-17 Rev3:9,
copying Mat8:29.
 
 GOD's modern kingdom principles are clear in Paul; living as Him, in Him,
trusting 100% in His grace, love, power Rom6:3-8,22; 7:6,25-8:4,14-39
1Jn3:6,9; 5 refusing satan, self, sin.
 
 GOD's kingdom principles in Paul were changed, ignored, rejected for 1900 years
by all Acts20:29,30 2Pet2 1Jn2:18,19, allowed by GOD to show His power and glory
with His parousia.
 
 GOD's kingdom principles have been restored by Him in His 7CCCInc. companies;
clearly promised by Him to fulfill His will, all explained in CCCInc. letters
from '87 till now.
 
 GOD's kingdom principles are 100% contrary to man's evil ways Jn8:44
1Jn3:8a; 2:15,16, so the current Judas church is Jn12:43 Jam4:4,

GOD's system of government requires strict adherence to law + ordinances, hence
our timely 501c3-509a3 application (Form1023 Part 3 line 1), but no law
requires: a church or its subsidiary to have a prescribed level of income to
begin operating, or a specified timetable to begin operating, or specifically
qualified or trained personnel to begin operating; but our belief or faith is the
driving force to obey His decree, enabling Him to fulfill Amos9:8-15 Acts15:16, and that
GOD alone supplies all things for the building of His true institutions in this final separation.
 
 
 
GOD's 501c3-509a3's are merely a legal framework to separate various church
functions, and allowing simplified IRS audits (expected annually); but with or
without, no law prohibits: Christian Community Churches Inc. obeying GOD's decree;
a) to teach the full Bible truth to all thru His dictated Bible studies/tests across the world,
b) to network willing participants (without dues or contracts) till they freely join CCCInc.,
c) to benefit willing participant members who qualify thru proving their obedient faith,
d) to share education, homes, medical, rehab., etc. (at no USA cost) thru our labours,
e) to copy the 1st church 100%, ever pursuing His laws into holiness, love, peace in faith.
 
 
 
GOD's 501c3-509a3's must support the parent Church mission (a-e) financially,
operationally and structurally as all current Church directors are the same
directors of each supporting organization, so all 7 CCCInc. are tightly controlled.

the same, original Church directors, and these 3 directors only comprised the
"existing" directors mentioned in our ARTICLES for all 7 CCCInc. companies.
 
 
Christian Community Centers Inc. is a NON-STOCK company, as per our C of I
and ARTICLES, and per our Form1023 it has no assets, nothing at all; yet
100% owned by the Church and currently operating within the Church budget.
 
 
Christian Community Centers Inc. is GOD's tool to network qualified Bible
believing participants thru the likes of Prison Fellowship Int'l for housing,
rehab, training, as an extension and furtherance of the Church's mission.
 
 
Christian Community Churches Inc. is a strict Bible based institution, totally
beyond comprehension to secular "believers" due to the clear separation of
church and state, so GOD the Spirit work ( as thru Moses and Paul) cannot
be understood inside IRS, such as His healing, rehab, training power, all
experienced by CCCInc. participants; simply put-GOD changes lives, not us.
So, Bible teaching and training focuses participants on GOD, never our
program or material as the current church ignorantly believes + teaches.

GOD's grace continues at Jester II Texas, despite your sins of unbelief + disobedience,
since He works around sinners to effect His desire + will of a true Christian prison.
 
 GOD added a mere +/- 100 inmates thru '98, because you have failed to believe His will,
as outlined in His Jan '98 letter, so you are far from "believing into Him" Jn3:16.
 
 GOD requires a selfless effort on your part to implement His full rehab program,
since true rehab is not teaching about Him, rather, working + living as Him.
 
 GOD, many years ago, established PIECP, allowing for a true rehab program, yet
you have made no effort at all to even copy the world, let alone, improve upon it.
 
 GOD's program thru His new PFI will co-ordinate + network many "Jester" sites,
operating NFP support businesses in order to finance serious work-rehab.
 
 GOD's kingdom principles will ensure Christ is witnessed in spirit + truth, not
on the basis of gov't or donor charity, but working to support our ministries.
 
 GOD's kingdom principles teach true soul salvation (rather than mere spirit-saved,
as the current PFI program), leading to new men in Christ 1Jn3:6, for His glory only.

GOD's true leaders have completed His further purging/refining of the heart, so
their minds and wills are more devoted to His care, His interests, His perspectives.

GOD's true leaders are taught deep, intense, thorough lessons by GOD Himself, never
even dreamed of by human teachers, yet the Judas church prides itself on false wisdom.
 
GOD's true leaders are in high spiritual kinship with Him as to see into hearts 1Jn4:1,
a gift from His Spirit at 1Cor12:7 Jn14 level, but grown + refined by Him thru 1Pet4:12.
 
GOD's true leaders prove their devotion, loyalty, worthiness to GOD thru obedient faith
at Jam2:21-23 level or at 2Cor6:1-10 level; 100% contrary to the current hirelings Jn10:13.
 
GOD's true leaders are His 1st level of His government Is9:7, never truly loved by man,
rather, as all His true servants, reviled/killed, yet they never compromise Him.
 
GOD's true leaders are His very image, His manifested Spirit rule over His 3part
church, sharing His full gospel; 100% contrary to the current hirelings Jer23 2Tim3.

GOD's true leaders ever listen to His voice and obey every command in faith,
to retain His abiding in them Rom8:9 2Cor13:5, so we invited Strang to glorify GOD.
 
GOD's true leaders ever plead, request, but never demand, that is GOD's work,
hence we obeyed Him, and requested a collaboration re Youngren to bring GOD the glory.
 
GOD's true leaders ever strive to glorify GOD, but realize very few obey Him as they do,
so expect most fail His commands, as did Strang when He commanded you obey.
 
GOD's true leaders ever pray for Him to bring sinners to repent, but occasionally they
pray for His terror for the sake of the whole church, as in Mat16:19; 18:18 1Cor5:5.
 
so...
 
GOD is judging your sin, by refusing to collaborate, as He did with David,
allowing the whole church to see your shame, tho He will forgive that sin.

all I trusted GOD, and continued the CCCInc. mission of sharing Jesus with all.
GOD, from Jan '85, proved/tested my faith by giving every penny back to Him for
CCCInc. mission work (and still do), buying no food, clothing, fares, shelter (still).
 
GOD insists all tithes + offerings to CCCInc. be used frugally and wisely e.g.:

clearly seen from May '88 if 1Cor2:6 Jer23 Acts15:16 Dan2:40-45 Mic4; 5 Rev1:20
that Eph5:27 2Pet3:14 having had 1900yrs Acts20:29,30 2Thes2:11,12 1Jn2:18,19.
 
 GOD, in Feb '95, completed 10yrs 2x7days testing, living homeless, penniless, praying,
speaking, writing against Jn8:44 1Jn3:8 church and sharing 100% truth as He reveals
His inerrant word 1Cor1:30; 2; 4 Eph1:4,9; 3 from '85 at Willow Creek to 1000s more.
 
 GOD, in '84, insisted I adhere to His voice Deut29:29 Ps25:14 Pr3:32 to see Bible
truth e.g. GOD is holy, none in sin abide... yet the church teaches all sinners 1Jn3:6,9
so declaring a sinner is as GOD 1Jn2:6, the ultimate blasphemy 2Thes2:4 Mat12:31,32.
 
 GOD, in '85, revealed Rom6 is spiritual, 10 verses qualifying a few as Him...ceased
sin, delivered, saved, sin taken away...yet the church teaches Rom6 is as John in Lk3,
ignoring Mat3:11 Lk3:16 even 12:50 Jesus future baptism of GOD so Mk10:39 is fire.
 
 GOD, in '86, revealed initial details of CCCInc. 7 companies in 7 cities Mic5:5
Amos3:7 1Cor2:16; 4:15 Heb1:1,2 1Jn2:14a that His Bible studies teach all truth daily,
copying Acts5:42, growing babes to children to young men to father Eph3:16-19b; 4:13.
 
 GOD, today assures my spirit and soul of His grace, love, power as I obey in love,
