GOD is showing
the clear minded that
failure in Iraq is not an option

The U.S. has no choice but to see things through in Iraq. The enemy leader there, Abu Musab al Zarqawi, has been an al Qaeda operative marshaling an unholy coalition of professional terrorists and disaffected Iraqi Sunnis to attack the U.S.-led coalition and the Iraqi people themselves. This is a continuation of the war against the U.S. that began with the first World Trade Center bombing in 1993, continued through the embassy bombings in Nairobi and Dar es Salaam and the attack on the U.S.S. Cole and reached its dramatic denouement with the fiery destruction of the World Trade Center in 2001. The objective reality, which most Americans instinctively understand, is that failure in Iraq is not an option if the U.S. and Europe are to succeed in controlling the spread of terrorism.

GOD is liberating
the fundamental mindset
in Afghanistan

Nasab challenges conservative interpretations of the Koran. He says Muslims who commit adultery do not deserve to be stoned to death. He says Muslims who convert to another religion do not deserve to be killed. He says a women's testimony is equal to that of a man, not half as much.

Muhammad Aref Rahmani, a member of the national Shiite Council of Ulema, or Islamic scholars, said he felt fear reading through the first seven issues of Women's Rights magazine. He worried that Nasab opened the door to Muslims converting to Christianity and Judaism, which would move Afghanistan toward secularism, liberalism and infidelity.
