GOD's Closure of Jesus' Ministry,
as HE dictated in the four Gospels and is now
in compliance with HIS New Thing revealing 100% truth.

Is41:4 ...'I, the Lord, am the first; and with the last I am He.'

Rev19:10 For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

Zech3:8 'Hear, O Joshua, the high priest, You and your companions who sit before you, For they are a wondrous sign; For behold, I am bringing forth My Servant the BRANCH.
9 For behold, the stone that I have laid before Joshua: upon the stone are seven eyes. Behold, I will engrave its inscription,' Says the Lord of hosts, 'And I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.' (Companions: Job1:6; 2:1 Rom8:14,29,37 Gal3:26 1Jn3:2 Beloved level: 1, 2, 3)

Zech4:6 So he answered and said to me: "This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: 'Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,' Says the LORD of hosts. (Proving Christ returns in Spirit, not flesh)
7 'Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain! And he shall bring forth the capstone With shouts of "Grace, grace to it!" ' "
8 Moreover the word of the LORD came to me, saying:
9 "The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this temple; His hands shall also finish it. Then you will know that the LORD of hosts has sent Me to you. (Heb8:2; 9:3,11; 10:19-22; 12:22-23)
10 For who has despised the day of small things? For these seven rejoice to see The plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel. They are the eyes of the LORD, which scan to and fro throughout the whole earth."

Amos7:7 Thus He showed me: Behold, the Lord stood on a wall made with a plumb line, with a plumb line in His hand.

Lk21:27 "Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory."

Act15:16 'After this I will return and will rebuild the tabernacle of David, which has fallen down; I will rebuild its ruins, and I will set it up; (from Amos9)

Eph5:26 That He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word,
27 that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish. (Jn17:17-24 1Cor1:2,30; 6:11 Titus3:5)

Rev10:7 But in the days of the sounding of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, the mystery of GOD would be finished, as He declared to His servants the prophets.

Rev20:6 Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of GOD and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years. (1Cor15)

Mat16:27 "For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works."

Mk13:26 "Then they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory."

1Thes3:13 So that He may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before our GOD and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all His saints.

Heb12:1a Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses...

Rev17:14 "These will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for He is Lord of lords and King of kings; and those who are with Him are called, chosen, and faithful.

Rev19:20 Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone.

Rev20:10 The devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

1Cor15:24 Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to GOD the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power.
25 For He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet.
26 The last enemy that will be destroyed is death.
27 For "He has put all things under His feet." But when He says "all things are put under Him," it is evident that He who put all things under Him is excepted.
28 Now when all things are made subject to Him, then the Son Himself will also be subject to Him who put all things under Him, that GOD may be all in all.

Rev21:6 And He said to me, "It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End."

a) Jesus' death, burial and resurrection

GOD, thru Scripture, has given us many details about the death, burial, and resurrection of our LORD and Saviour, Jesus Christ, some being very obvious and others being very subtle, yet many disbelieve, disregard and discard Scripture choosing instead to believe the lies and false teachings of the Judas church and follow worldly traditions.

Jn19:31
Nisan 14, the day of Preparation

GOD, thru Scripture, tells us that Christ ate Passover with the 12 disciples, was crucified and buried all on Nisan 14 Mat26:17-20 Mk14:12-17 Lk22:1,7-14, the day of Preparation, the first day of Passover Ex12:2-8 Lev23:4,5 Deut16:1-6. In the Old Testament, the Passover lamb was sacrificed and eaten on the fourteenth of the month (Nisan 14), so Jesus Christ, our sacrificial Lamb, the Lamb of GOD Jn1:29,36 Acts8:32 without blemish and without spot 1Pet1:19 was sacrificed in like manner for our sakes Heb9:12-14,28; 10:10,14.

Ex12..2 "This month shall be your beginning of months; it shall be the first month of the year to you.
3 "Speak to all the congregation of Israel, saying: 'On the tenth day of this month every man shall take for himself a lamb, according to the house of his father, a lamb for a household.
4 'And if the household is too small for the lamb, let him and his neighbor next to his house take it according to the number of the persons; according to each man's need you shall make your count for the lamb.
5 'Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year. You may take it from the sheep or from the goats.
6 'Now you shall keep it until the fourteenth day of the same month. Then the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it at twilight.
7 'And they shall take some of the blood and put it on the two doorposts and on the lintel of the houses where they eat it.
8 'Then they shall eat the flesh on that night; roasted in fire, with unleavened bread and with bitter herbs they shall eat it.

Lev23..4 'These are the feasts of the LORD, holy convocations which you shall proclaim at their appointed times.
5 'On the fourteenth day of the first month at twilight is the LORD’s Passover.

Deut16..1 "Observe the month of Abib, and keep the Passover to the LORD your GOD, for in the month of Abib the LORD your GOD brought you out of Egypt by night.
2 "Therefore you shall sacrifice the Passover to the LORD your GOD, from the flock and the herd, in the place where the LORD chooses to put His name.
3 "You shall eat no leavened bread with it; seven days you shall eat unleavened bread with it, that is, the bread of affliction (for you came out of the land of Egypt in haste), that you may remember the day in which you came out of the land of Egypt all the days of your life.
4 "And no leaven shall be seen among you in all your territory for seven days,

nor shall any of the meat which you sacrifice the first day at twilight remain overnight until morning.
5 "You may not sacrifice the Passover within any of your gates which the LORD your GOD gives you;
6 "but at the place where the LORD your GOD chooses to make His name abide, there you shall sacrifice the Passover at twilight, at the going down of the sun, at the time you came out of Egypt."

Jn1..29 The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, "Behold! The Lamb of GOD who takes away the sin of the world!

Jn1..36 And looking at Jesus as He walked, he said, "Behold the Lamb of GOD!"

Acts8..32 The place in the Scripture which he read was this: "He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and as a lamb before its shearer is silent, So He opened not His mouth.

1Pet1..19 but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.

Heb9..12 Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood He entered the Most Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption.
13 For if the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of a heifer, sprinkling the unclean, sanctifies for the purifying of the flesh,
14 how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to GOD, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living GOD?
28 so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.

Heb10..10 By that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once.
[referring to those who have completed
Jn17:17-24 Acts26:18 Eph5:26,27]

Heb10..14 For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are sanctified.

[ "being" was added by man, see original Greek ]

Note: The month of Nisan corresponds to Mar.-Apr. and is the first month of the Hebrew year
Ex12:2 Lev23:5 Deut16:1, refer again to the "Jewish Calendar" above.

Mat26..17 Now on the first day of the Feast of the Unleavened Bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying to Him, "Where do You want us to prepare for You to eat the Passover?"
18 And He said, "Go into the city to a certain man, and say to him, 'The Teacher says, "My time is at hand; I will keep the Passover at your house with My disciples." ' "
19 So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them; and they prepared the Passover.
20 When evening had come, He sat down with the twelve.

Mk14..12 Now on the first day of Unleavened Bread, when they killed the Passover lamb, His disciples said to Him, "Where do You want us to go and prepare, that You may eat the Passover?"
13 And He sent out two of His disciples and said to them, "Go into the city, and a man will meet you carrying a pitcher of water; follow him.
14 "Wherever he goes in, say to the master of the house, 'The Teacher says, "Where is the guest room in which I may eat the Passover with My disciples?" '
15 "Then he will show you a large upper room, furnished and prepared; there make ready for us."

16 So His disciples went out, and came into the city, and found it just as He had said to them; and they prepared the Passover.
17 In the evening He came with the twelve.

Lk22..1 Now the Feast of Unleavened Bread drew near, which is called Passover.
7 Then came the Day of Unleavened Bread, when the Passover must be killed.
8 And He sent Peter and John, saying, "Go and prepare the Passover for us, that we may eat."
9 So they said to Him, "Where do You want us to prepare?"
10 And He said to them, "Behold, when you have entered the city, a man will meet you carrying a pitcher of water; follow him into the house which he enters.
11 "Then you shall say to the master of the house, 'The Teacher says to you, "Where is the guest room where I may eat the Passover with My disciples?" '
12 "Then he will show you a large, furnished upper room; there make ready."
13 So they went and found it just as He had said to them, and they prepared the Passover.
14 When the hour had come, He sat down, and the twelve apostles with Him.

GOD, thru Scripture, tells us that after Jesus died, the Jews went to Pilate, asking that Jesus' body (as well as the other two) be taken down "...because it was the Preparation Day, that the bodies should not remain on the cross on the Sabbath (for that Sabbath was a high day)..." then buried in the sepulchre Mat27:57-61 Mk15:42-47 Luke23:50-56 John19:31-42.

Mat28..57 Now when evening had come, there came a rich man from Arimathea, named Joseph, who himself had also become a disciple of Jesus.
58 This man went to Pilate and asked for the body of Jesus. Then Pilate commanded the body to be given to him.
59 When Joseph had taken the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth,
60 and laid it in his new tomb which he had hewn out of the rock; and he rolled a large stone against the door of the tomb, and departed.
61 And Mary Magdalene was there, and the other Mary, sitting opposite the tomb.

Mk15..42 Now when evening had come, because it was the Preparation Day, that is, the day before the Sabbath,
43 Joseph of Arimathea, a prominent council member, who was himself waiting for the kingdom of GOD, coming and taking courage, went in to Pilate and asked for the body of Jesus.
44 Pilate marveled that He was already dead; and summoning the centurion, he asked him if He had been dead for some time.
45 So when he found out from the centurion, he granted the body to Joseph.
46 Then he bought fine linen, took Him down, and wrapped Him in the linen. And he laid Him in a tomb which had been hewn out of the rock, and rolled a stone against the door of the tomb.
47 And Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of Joses observed where He was laid.

Lk23..50 Now behold, there was a man named Joseph, a council member, a good and just man.
51 He had not consented to their decision and deed. He was from Arimathea, a city of the Jews, who himself was also waiting for the kingdom of GOD.
52 This man went to Pilate and asked for the body of Jesus.
53 Then he took it down, wrapped it in linen, and laid it in a tomb that was hewn out of the rock, where no one had ever lain before.

54 That day was the Preparation, and the Sabbath drew near.
55 And the women who had come with Him from Galilee followed after, and they observed the tomb and how His body was laid.
56 Then they returned and prepared spices and fragrant oils. And they rested on the Sabbath according to the commandment.

Jn19..31 Therefore, because it was the Preparation Day, that the bodies should not remain on the cross on the Sabbath (for that Sabbath was a high day), the Jews asked Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away.
32 Then the soldiers came and broke the legs of the first and of the other who was crucified with Him.
33 But when they came to Jesus and saw that He was already dead, they did not break His legs.
34 But one of the soldiers pierced His side with a spear, and immediately blood and water came out.
35 And he who has seen has testified, and his testimony is true; and he knows that he is telling the truth, so that you may believe.
36 For these things were done that the Scripture should be fulfilled, "Not one of His bones shall be broken."
37 And again another Scripture says, "They shall look on Him whom they pierced."
38 After this, Joseph of Arimathea, being a disciple of Jesus, but secretly, for fear of the Jews, asked Pilate that he might take away the body of Jesus; and Pilate gave him permission. So he came and took the body of Jesus.
39 And Nicodemus, who at first came to Jesus by night, also came, bringing a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about a hundred pounds.
40 Then they took the body of Jesus, and bound it in strips of linen with the spices, as the custom of the Jews is to bury.
41 Now in the place where He was crucified there was a garden, and in the garden a new tomb in which no one had yet been laid.
42 So there they laid Jesus, because of the Jews’ Preparation Day, for the tomb was nearby.

Mat12:40
3 days and 3 nights

GOD, thru Scripture, makes it absolutely clear that our LORD and Saviour, Jesus Christ was resurrected 3 days and 3 nights after HE was buried, yet most believe and teach that Jesus was buried Friday afternoon and rose on Sunday morning which is less than 2 days, so contradicting Scripture 100% Mat12:40; 26:61; 27:40,63 Mk8:31; 14:58; 15:29 Lk24:7 Jn2:19-21.

Mat12..40 "For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth."

Mat26..61 "...This fellow said, 'I am able to destroy the temple of GOD and to build it in three days.' "

Mat27..40 "You who destroy the temple and build it in three days, save Yourself! If You are the Son of GOD, come down from the cross."
63 "Sir, we remember, while He was still alive, how that deceiver said, 'After three days I will rise.'

Mark8..31 And He began to teach them that the Son of Man must suffer many things, and be rejected by the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again.

Mark14..58 "We heard Him say, 'I will destroy this temple made with hands, and within three days I will build another made without hands.' "

Mark15..29 And those who passed by blasphemed Him, wagging their heads and saying, “Aha! You who destroy the temple and build it in three days,

Luke24..7 "saying, 'The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.' "

Jn2..19 Jesus answered and said to them, "Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up."
20 Then the Jews said, "It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and will You raise it up in three days?"
21 But He was speaking of the temple of His body.

GOD, thru Scripture, shows us that the Hebrew day begins at sunset and ends the following sunset, so the length of a "day" was no different when our LORD and Saviour walked the earth than it is today Lev23:32.

Lev23..32 It shall be to you a sabbath of solemn rest, and you shall afflict your souls; ...at evening, from evening to evening, you shall celebrate your sabbath."

Jn19:31
Nisan 15, the Feast of Unleavened Bread

GOD, thru Scripture, tells us that Nisan 15, the second day of Passover, is the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread Lev23:6. Nisan 15 and 21 are holy convocations (Sabbaths or high days) upon which no servile work was to be done Ex12:14-20 Lev23:4-8. After Nisan 14 ended and Nisan 15 began, the Jews observed the Sabbath (high day) Lk23:54-56; and Pilate ordered the sepulchre to be guarded and sealed with a stone to prevent Jesus' body from being stolen at the request of the Pharisees and chief priests Mat27:62-66.

Ex12..14 'So this day shall be to you a memorial; and you shall keep it as a feast to the LORD throughout your generations. You shall keep it as a feast by an everlasting ordinance.
15 'Seven days you shall eat unleavened bread. On the first day you shall remove leaven from your houses. For whoever eats leavened bread from the first day until the seventh day, that person shall be cut off from Israel.
16 'On the first day there shall be a holy convocation, and on the seventh day there shall be a holy convocation for you. No manner of work shall be done on them; but that which everyone must eat—that only may be prepared by you.
17 'So you shall observe the Feast of Unleavened Bread, for on this same day I will have brought your armies out of the land of Egypt. Therefore you shall observe this day throughout your generations as an everlasting ordinance.
18 'In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at evening, you shall eat unleavened bread, until the twenty-first day of the month at evening.
19 'For seven days no leaven shall be found in your houses, since whoever eats what is leavened, that same person shall be cut off from the congregation of Israel, whether he is a stranger or a native of the land.
20 'You shall eat nothing leavened; in all your dwellings you shall eat unleavened bread.' "

Lev23..4 'These are the feasts of the LORD, holy convocations which you shall proclaim at their appointed times.
5 'On the fourteenth day of the first month at twilight is the LORD’s Passover.
6 'And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the Feast of Unleavened Bread to the LORD; seven days you must eat unleavened bread.

7 'On the first day you shall have a holy convocation; you shall do no customary work on it.
8 'But you shall offer an offering made by fire to the LORD for seven days. The seventh day shall be a holy convocation; you shall do no customary work on it.' "

Jn19..31 Therefore, because it was the Preparation Day, that the bodies should not remain on the cross on the Sabbath (for that Sabbath was a high day), the Jews asked Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away.

Lk23..54 That day was the Preparation, and the Sabbath drew near.
55 And the women who had come with Him from Galilee followed after, and they observed the tomb and how His body was laid.
56 Then they returned and prepared spices and fragrant oils. And they rested on the Sabbath according to the commandment.

Mat27..62 On the next day, which followed the Day of Preparation, the chief priests and Pharisees gathered together to Pilate,
63 saying, "Sir, we remember, while He was still alive, how that deceiver said, 'After three days I will rise.'
64 "Therefore command that the tomb be made secure until the third day, lest His disciples come by night and steal Him away, and say to the people, 'He has risen from the dead.' So the last deception will be worse than the first."
65 Pilate said to them, "You have a guard; go your way, make it as secure as you know how."
66 So they went and made the tomb secure, sealing the stone and setting the guard.

Mat28
He is risen

GOD, thru Scripture, tells us that Mary Magdalene and the other Mary, returned to the sepulchre "In the end of the sabbath, as it began to DAWN toward the first of the week..." in Mat28:1. With the exception of the 1890 Darby Bible (see below), most widely read translations have mistranslated the word "dusk", which was clearly used in the original Greek (see below), into "dawn", "sunrise", "daybreak" or the like, 100% contrary to GOD's holy, inerrant, written word! Scripture clearly tells us that the Hebrew day was counted from sunset to sunset or evening to evening Lev23:32.

Mat28...1 Now late on Sabbath, as it was the dusk of the next day after Sabbath, came Mary of Magdala and the other Mary to look at the sepulchre.

1890 Darby Bible

One reason that Mat28:1 is so important, is that it tells us that Mary Magdelene and the other Mary, went to the sepulchre on Saturday evening, before Sunday began, seeking our risen Saviour. Of all the people that knew Jesus and had heard HIS words, apparently these two were the only ones that actually believed HIS words strongly enough to seek HIM at the time HE said HE would rise. This Saturday evening trip to the sepulchre is not mentioned in any of the other resurrection accounts, so using this as a checkpoint and counting backwards, we can see that Nisan 14 was Tuesday evening to Wednesday evening, and Jesus was buried Wednesday evening before sunset. Wednesday evening to Thursday evening was Nisan 15, which was a Sabbath or high day Luke23:54-56 Jn19:31, and also was the first full day. Nisan 16, the second full day, was from Thursday evening to Friday evening. This totally contradicts the validity of "Good Friday" as Christ had already been crucified and buried 2 days prior. Lastly, Nisan 17 was Friday evening to Saturday evening just before the end of the Sabbath and the start of Sunday, completing 3 full days and 3 full nights. Jesus rose on the Sabbath as HE is LORD of the Sabbath!

Another subtle point can be seen by comparing Mat28:1-5 with the resurrection account in the other 3 Gospels. Again, in Mat28:1, we see the women making a trip to the sepulchre on Saturday evening at sunset, just before the start of Sunday. In Mark16:1-2, we see that the women prepared spices and made their way to the sepulchre on Sunday morning as the sun is rising. This early Sunday morning trip is also mentioned in Lk24:1 and Jn20:1, clearly showing that Mary Magdelene and the other Mary (one would assume this is the same Mary from Saturday night), made 2 trips to the sepulchre, a fact that is not recognized.
